Part of the vision Jesus had for His church was that it would work like a body. In that vein, we have all been given different gifts or talents to use as part of the life of the church. When we each play our part we make the love of God visible to our world. 

The apostle John makes clear in his letters recorded in the New Testament that it’s no use telling someone God loves them if we’re not willing to show them as well. Demonstrating God’s love through providing meals, rides or other tangible needs is the vision of our practical care team. 

It wasn’t long after Jesus chose his disciples that he sent them out to do ministry. They went to new and often uncomfortable places to proclaim and demonstrate the gospel. We want you to have that kind of experience on a Global Good trip.
