Leadership is most successful when it multiplies. Through intentional investment in others and obedience to Christ’s model of discipleship, we envision exponential growth, spiritual maturity, and enduring impact in every place God has called us to lead.

To whom much is given, much is required. As God blesses us through our own serving experiences we have the opportunity to be a blessing to someone else. Sharing our resources so that  someone else may be able to serve extends God’s Kingdom beyond what we could ask or even imagine.
