		<description>It&#039;s Tuesday, May 3rd. I have lost 14 lbs. in 9 days using the Medifast diet. Can&#039;t wait until I lose enough lbs. so people actually recognize that I&#039;ve lost weight. It will be a reward for giving up those delicious foods - potatoes, donuts, ice cream, etc. Looking forward to when I finish the Jump Start phase and then can gradually add some of these goodies back to my diet. Praying that God will teach me how to not go over board with these good foods when I finally arrive at that point. I would love to be done 20 lbs. by Amy&#039;s graduaction on May 14th.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s Thursday.  I&#039;ve walked on the treadmill twice so far, and I&#039;m using sparkpages.com to track what I&#039;m eating.  Keeping track of my food intake and exercise keeps me motivated.  I can&#039;t wait until the next weigh in!</description>

		<description>It&#039;s Monday evening and I am submitting my weight. It&#039;s 256 lbs. My goal is to lose 50 lbs. by Labor Day weekend. If I acheive my goal I will weight at 206 lbs.  I did a double-take as the scale registered me at 299 lbs! I am not pleased about this, 
but it just means I will have to put my faith in God, a little more that I hoped I would need to. I am shooting for 225lbs by Labor Day weekend.  I don&#039;t know if that&#039;s realistic, but for now, it&#039;s my target.</description>
